Changes to the multi agency policy, procedure and guidance
Following a serious case review carried out by the Nottinghamshire Safeguarding Adults Board, an amendment has been made to the multi agency policy, procedure and guidance. The amendments concerns the need to make a safeguarding adults referral should the abuse or neglect of a vulnerable adult result in their death. The amendments can be printed by clicking on the revised pages link below. Alternatively, if you use the website version, the updates have been made for you.
