Referrers Training Course
This training is aimed at those staff who have been identified by their organisations to take on the role of the referrer. Referrers will be mainly managers of services, line managers, or supervisors and this training will provide them with the skills and knowledge to assist them in this role. It will be practice based and will provide an opportunity to reflect on personal practice in relation to vulnerable adults and the referral mechanisms.

Attendance Criteria
Staff must have undertaken Alerter training
This is a half day course.
